Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective fillers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our logistics center in New York.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our workshop will inspect the item; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
